Our clinical partners

We work with a wide range of people who add valued input on our different services and products.

We are incredibly grateful to our medical trustees and medical advisors who bring their expertise to everything we do.

Our patient information

We work with patients, carers, leading bladder cancer medical professionals to ensure that the information we provide is accurate, informative and presented in a patient-friendly way.

Our new patient information booklets were developed in partnership with a panel of nine clinical staff including a consultant clinical oncologist, a GP, a professor, and urological nurses. They were also endorsed by the urological professional bodies.

We are always developing new content and materials for patients and would value your input into ensuring what we produce is useful and complementary to the support you give. If you would like to talk with us about ideas you have or getting involved, please get in touch with us via info@fightbladdercancer.co.uk

Partnerships with professional bodies

We have highly valued partnerships with the British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN), the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS), and the British Uro-Oncology Group (BUG).

We appreciate their endorsement of our patient information booklets.

Sharing bladder cancer expertise

Fight Bladder Cancer was instrumental in the formation of the World Bladder Cancer Patient Coalition in 2019. It was established by a group of dedicated patient advocates from three major national bladder cancer organisations that saw the need for a global bladder cancer coalition.

The World Bladder Cancer Patient Coalition coalition now brings together 11 patient organisations from four continents. It unites the vision and goals of bladder cancer patient organisations to ensure the best possible outcomes for bladder cancer patients across the world. This coalition constitutes the first time that people affected by bladder cancer have a force connecting bladder cancer patients, groups, and organisations worldwide.
